Welcome to ByLauren ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the website www.bylauren.co, purchasing products or services, or enrolling in any classes, events or digital offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
ByLauren is operated from New Zealand and all transactions are conducted in accordance with New Zealand law.

3. Purchasing Products & Services
3.1 Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect existing confirmed orders.
3.3 Payment
We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched or digital access is granted.
4. Digital Products
Digital products (PDFs, courses, downloadable content) are delivered electronically. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is non-refundable unless it is faulty or not as described. Please ensure you check system requirements before purchasing.
Digital products are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, resold or redistributed without our written permission.
5. Services (Sessions, Mentorship & Readings)
All 1:1 services, mentorship containers, Soul Codex readings and Field Attunement sessions are personal in nature and results may vary. These services are offered for educational, informational and wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.
5.1 Bookings & Cancellations
Session bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to a scheduled session will receive a full credit toward a future session. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. If we need to reschedule, we will provide you with alternative times.
5.2 Disclaimer
ByLauren services draw on Kundalini Yoga, Ayurveda, Qi Gong, TCM and Vedic traditions. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or mental health care. If you have any health concerns, please consult an appropriate qualified professional.
6. Classes & Events
Tickets or registrations for classes and events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or significantly changed by us. If an event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund or credit at your choice.
By attending in-person events you consent to the possibility of photography and video that may be used for promotional purposes. Please let us know at the time if you do not wish to be photographed.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on www.bylauren.co including text, images, videos, audio, graphics, course materials and the SatNam App is the intellectual property of ByLauren and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without express written consent.
8. User Accounts
Some areas of the site require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, ByLauren's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service.
