Privacy Policy Satnam Kundalini Yoga Timer App

This Privacy Policy explains how the Satnam app ("Satnam", "the app", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information. Satnam is a Kundalini yoga and meditation timer and Sadhana (practice) tracker.

Information we collect

Practice and app activity. Satnam stores the content and activity you create in the app so it can do its job — for example the timers and sequences you set up, your session history, and your Sadhana tracking records (daily, weekly, and monthly). It also stores your in-app settings and preferences, such as your chosen sounds and timer configurations.

Device and technical information. The app may collect device identifiers and basic technical information — such as a device or advertising ID, device type, operating system version, and app version — to keep the app running reliably and to understand how it's used.

Diagnostics and usage data. We may collect anonymous or aggregated usage and crash/diagnostic information to fix bugs and improve the app.

We do not ask for or collect sensitive personal information such as your name, health records, payment card details, or precise location, unless you choose to send it to us directly (for example, by emailing support).

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide the core features of the app — timers, sequences, and Sadhana tracking.

Children's privacy

Satnam is a general-audience wellness app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Satnam is operated from New Zealand. If you use the app from outside New Zealand, your information may be processed in New Zealand or in other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your own.
