Hey there!

Kia ora, I’m Lauren.
My path has taken me through illness, burnout, identity collapse, departing corporate life, spiritual distortion and the long road home to Self. What remains is a deep respect for simplicity, nature and the body’s innate intelligence. Surfing life’s ebbs and flows, this is the richness I’ve learned to love.

My practice is rooted in Kundalini Yoga, Qi Gong, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Daoism, alongside modern lenses such as Human Design, Gene Keys, Epigenetics and Quantum Physics. At times, when appropriate and intentional, plant medicine has also been a potent ally.

I’ve trained as a Kundalini Yoga teacher, studied Vedic systems, held tea ceremonies and retreats and built a successful seven-figure design studio. More than anything, I learn by living it and by embodying what I share.

Today, that expression takes shape through a creative studio, immersive experiences, an apothecary practice and occasional 1:1 spaces, with Cha dao (tea) poured in silence when words fall short.

The tools I offer are the ones that helped me return to myself:
through breath, body, Earth, voice, and the creative pulse of life and joy.

This space isn’t about fixing or transcending.
It’s about remembering what you already know.
