My path, like most, has moved through systemic illness, burnout, identity collapse and the long road home.
What remains is a deep respect for simplicity, the body and the intelligence of nature.
My practice is rooted in Kundalini Yoga, Qi Gong, Ayurveda and Daoism, alongside other somatic tools and medicines. I've trained in India, Thailand and Spain, studied in Bali and Mexico, held ceremonies and retreats and built and run my own international creative studio (Cre8).
I learn by living it. I share what I've embodied.
Today that takes shape through immersive experiences, an apothecary practice and occasional 1:1 spaces with tea poured in silence when words fall short.
This space isn't about fixing. It's about remembering who we are at our core, why we are here and the joy that comes from that place naturally.
