I recently noticed a sprouting of grey hair on my head. And not in a way where I'm worried or feeling any shame around it, actually I welcome the day I am all silver. However right now it does feel like it is not meant to be, so it has sent me on a bit of a deep dive to reverse it and these are my findings.
